The Den will serve as a hub for the RMAE and Evergreen community—bringing us together for the arts, athletics, commencement and other milestones, and available for community group/ club meetings year-round.
An Ideal Learning Environment
In 2020-2021 we learned that remote learning can work, but it is far from ideal. The things we missed the most were working in teams, shared learning and experiential development. The Den will facilitate an expanded curriculum that focuses on the activities we value now more than ever: performing arts, physical education, group collaboration, and extracurricular activities.
A Commons
After 20 years, RMAE has the opportunity to realize the vision of the original Campus Master Plan and create an ideal space for students and the Evergreen community to come together. In our small community there are limited spaces that can offer the versatility of The Den.
